With its adjustable sensitivity, this metal detector is ideal for security use in airports, schools, prisons, sporting events, etc. It has both an audible and vibration alert so it can be used in situations with loud noise such as concerts or nightclubs. It is powered by either a standard or rechargeable 9 volt battery (battery and charger not included) and features a low battery power indicator light.
