The Evac Chair 500H Evacuation Chair is lightweight, easy to use and provides an ideal solution to evacuate people (up to 227kg) with mobility impairments down steep stairways (up to 45°) in an emergency. This chair allows for single person or two-person operation and features specially designed friction tracks that help to control the speed of descent to ensure a comfortable and stress-free evacuation. The MK5 features improved anti-slip hand grips to assist with user operation, and an upgraded kickstand which allows weight to be distributed more evenly to enhance passenger comfort. The safety belt has also been redesigned with durability in mind, and to provide a secure transit during evacuations.
